We absolutely adore this set in our house. The sleep with ease spray is so nice before bed, the scent of lavender is so calming. Love the energising blend essential oil also, so uplifting!

Uplifting and calming smell

I have used these oils in my diffuser and the room spray at home and with my work with children. When I am teaching mindfulness and well-being with children I use both of them. The children love going over to the diffuser to smell it. I also had parents ask where I got them from when they were picking up or dropping off children as it made them feel calm and relaxed.
